REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

I. Return and Refund Eligibility

  1. Applicable conditions:
    a. The product is unused, unwashed and kept in the original packaging (including labels).
    b. Apply within 30 days of receipt (except for customized products).
    c. Provide the original order number and valid proof of purchase.
  2. Inapplicable situations:
    a. Used, washed or artificially damaged products.
    b. Clearance specials, promotional gifts (products clearly marked “non-returnable”).
    c. Orders that exceed the 30-day return period.

II. Refund Process

  1. Submit an application:
    a. Contact customer service (totaldeals@snugglysheets.com) to provide the order number and reason for return.
  2. Return review:
    a. We will review and notify the result by email within 1-3 working days. After the review is passed, you will receive:
    i. Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    ii. Designated return address and logistics instructions
  3. Return goods:
    a. Please use the original packaging or a sturdy outer box to return. It is recommended to keep the logistics order number for tracking.
    b. The return shipping fee is borne by the customer (except for product quality problems or wrong goods).
  4. Refund processing:
    a. After receiving and inspecting the goods, the payment will be returned to the original route within 5-7 working days.
    b. Payment fees (such as credit card cross-border transaction fees) may not be refunded.

III. Special circumstances processing

  1. Product quality issues:
    a. In case of damage, serious color difference or material mismatch, we will bear the return shipping fee and give priority to reissuing or full refund.
  2. Delivery error:
    a. If you receive the wrong product, please provide photo proof within 48 hours, and we will arrange a free exchange or refund.
  3. Exchange Service
    ●Supports color/code change for the same product (if inventory allows), the process is the same as return.
    ●No additional shipping costs for exchange (not the customer’s responsibility).
  4. Refund Method
    ●Refund to the original payment channel (credit card/paypal, etc.), the arrival time depends on the issuing bank.
    ●Orders paid by gift card will be refunded to the account balance.
  5. Notes
    ●International returns may incur customs duties, which must be borne by the customer.
    ●If the returned goods do not pass the quality inspection, we will contact you to negotiate a partial refund or send the goods back.
